During blood collection, a trained and certified phlebotomist comes to your home or your place of choice (must be appropriate for blood collection) at your scheduled time. The process is safe, quick, and designed for your comfort.
The phlebotomist will first confirm your identity and explain the procedure. All equipment used is sterile, single-use, and handled following strict safety standards.
Your samples are carefully labeled, securely stored, and transported to the laboratory for testing.

Getting Your Test Results
After your blood sample is collected, it is safely transported to the laboratory for testing. Processing times may vary depending on the type of test ordered.
Your results will be sent directly to your healthcare provider or made available through a secure patient portal, depending on your provider’s process. Mobile phlebotomy services do not provide test results or medical interpretations.
If you have questions about your results, timing, or next steps, please contact your healthcare provider. They will review the results with you and explain what they mean.
